
Wynn
Montgomery
is the former Director of Project IDEAS,a unit of Continuing
Education at Kennesaw State University that specializes
in workforce investment issues. Prior to founding Project
IDEAS in 1993, Wynn planned and administered the City
of Atlanta’s workforce development programs for
nineteen years.Before entering the public sector, Wynn
spent 12 years in the private sector with General Motors
and several consulting firms.
A
graduate of Duke University with a Master’s degree
in Public and Urban Affairs from Georgia State University,
Wynn is an experienced trainer who has designed and
delivered courses on a wide variety of topics . He is
a certified trainer for the Change Cycle™ and
for the Global Career Development Facilitator curriculum.
He is also a charter member of The Workforce Excellence
Network’s cadre of Quality Trainers. Wynn is also
an experienced meeting facilitator who specializes in
strategic planning and team-building. Wynn brings a
high level of energy and enthusiasm and a keen sense
of humor to all of his sessions. He firmly believes
that learning should be FUN because it is a short journey
from a "Ha-Ha" to an "Ah-Ha."

Millie
Montgomery
is a career educator with more than 30 years of experience
in the classroom and as an administrator. She spent
16 years at Woodward Academy, starting as
a teacher in the Transition Program before moving to
Woodward’s Middle School first as
a teacher and later as Assistant Principal. Before joining
Woodward, she was a classroom teacher in public school
and at
The Schenck School and then Assistant Administrator
at Schenck.
Millie
is a graduate of Vanderbilt University. She earned her
Masters degree in Education from Georgia State University.
She is a member of the International Dyslexia Association
and a former president of the Georgia chapter. Millie
understands teen-agers and can help them (and their
parents and teachers) cope with academic and organizational
challenges.
